This is a tuition-free undergraduate certificate program for parish ministers and religious educators of the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis, who are not eligible to enroll in a graduate theology or pastoral ministry program, because they do not have an undergraduate degree. Second-career people who are transitioning into parish ministries but who have no theological education are also welcome to apply. Open to full-time or part-time Archdiocesan employees or people who do substantial volunteering in their parish.
